Cristina joined the team in 2014 but Destefanis Financial Services has been part of her life for as long as she can remember. She grew up watching this business evolve to what it is today and she feels fortunate and elated to continue to serve generations for years to come. Inspired by watching her father's passion for finance growing up she pursued an education in financial services. She received her Bachelors Degree of Science in Business Administration from Bryant University majoring in Financial Services and minoring in Legal Studies. She previously worked at John Hancock Investment Management as an Internal Business Consultant to financial advisors. During that time she worked specifically with mutual funds and asset allocation models.
Cristina is a current member of the Financial Planning Association (FPA) Massachusetts Chapter. She completed Bryant University's Executive Development Center Financial Planning certificate program. Bryant University's Certificate Program in Financial Planning provides the knowledge and expertise required to deliver full-service financial guidance. She is working towards her Certified Financial Planner™ Designation.
